After 20 years of working in higher education as a faculty member, Academic Dean, and interim Campus President, Beth E. Wood, M.Ed., founded and started her own boutique firm, Expert Recruiting Solutions, LLC, based in Columbus, Ohio. Beth has worked in nursing colleges with healthcare professionals all these years, overseeing healthcare programs and recruiting and hiring nurses and other healthcare professionals to oversee various programs in healthcare and other disciplines.
Prior to her many years in higher education, Beth was a health educator in middle schools for hospitals and owned a successful Medical Transcription business. In addition, she worked in the Department of Radiology at a local hospital as a medical transcriptionist for several radiologists. Beth is a masters-prepared professional, having earned her Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration and her Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a concentration in Nursing and Health Education.

Dr. Susan Wechter is a nationally recognized nursing leader with over three decades of
experience spanning higher education, clinical practice, research, and executive

Science in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) from Kent State University, and a Bachelor of
Science in Nursing from Ursuline College. As a published scholar and Certified Nurse
